Because we deliver fresh items, we cannot accept returns on perishable goods once the delivery is completed.
- Issues: If an item is damaged, spoiled, or missing, please report it via the app within 2 hours of delivery for an instant refund or replacement.
2. Non-Perishable Goods (Household Essentials, Snacks)
Items like cleaning supplies or packaged snacks can be returned within 7 days if:
- The packaging remains unopened and sealed.
- The item is in its original condition.
3. Health & Pharmacy Items
For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on over-the-counter medications or personal hygiene products once the seal is broken.
4. Refund Process
